CrossFit Practice Schedule

Morning Classes:

Vidal: 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM (Monday, Thursday, and Friday)

Bodden: 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM (Tuesday and Wednesday)


Evening Classes:

Colleen (Work Study, L1 Trainer): 5:00 PM, 6:00PM (Tuesday)

Bodden: 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM (Monday and Friday)

Hogan: 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)


Team Practice:

Closed to competition team from 5:00 PM - 6:30PM on Monday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM


Open Gym:

Monday - Friday, Sat and Sunday: (Dave and Work Study's schedules)

Kettle Bell Class:

Ashley KB Class: Wednesday at 6:00 PM

All practices are held in the CrossFit Gym in Bergoglio Hall
